LumiPur.com is committed to customer satisfaction. Below are all the details of our return policy. If you have further questions, please reach out to our customer service team.
- Timeframe for Returns: . Standard Policy: 30-day return on eligible items purchased on lumiPur.com from the date of delivery based on tracking details. Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded.
Holiday Policy. Any purchase made on LumiPur.com between November 1 and December 31 is eligible for returns through January 31

Condition of Items: Items must be unused in the original manufacturer’s packaging and packaged well to ensure no damage in transit.

Return Authorization: Customers need to obtain authorization from our portal or team before returning an item. Shipping instructions will be provided once the return is authorized.

Refund Method: If return is approved after receiving and inspecting returned item(s), a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund back to your original form of payment.

Our return portal will require you to enter your order number and the shipping zip code or the email used at checkout. Once your order is found, you will be able to select which items you’re returning and print a return label.
Please note that we charge a $9.99 handling fee that will be deducted from your return when processed.
Orders placed outside of our LumiPur.com site will not process through this portal. Please contact us if you placed your order directly via Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok Shop.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please reach out to our customer service team if you receive a damaged or defective product as we have a 1 year- limited warranty on all LumiPur candles. If you purchased your LumiPur candle elsewhere, please read our warranty policy here.
Order Cancellation
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been received.
